- I am a Psychological Associate Intern with specialization in: post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), Generalized anxiety disorders (GAD), major depressive disorders (MDD), and panic disorders (panic attacks). I have experience in working with patients who have a substance abuse addiction and know how to help patients navigate their withdrawals and heal from addiction. My theoretical approaches derive from psychoanalytic theory and Cognitive behavioral therapy utilizing tools such as motivational interviewing, thought process restructuring and exploring the unconscious and conscious and helping patients heal. I worked alongside a psychiatrist and received training to evaluate: PTSD, MDD and GAD.
